Tried calling three times to your safety department. Everytime the phone would hangup. On the day of 3-27-2025at around 6:30-6:40am your driver carrying a trailer with the license plate of P2417731 and I believe trailer number 512142. Came for pickup @1am got dock immediately. They loaded @6am but nobody called or came to me to inform it. Even they do not have any lights or signs in the docks. So lost 9 hrs here at total.
Hay que llegar con cita aunque a veces está lista la carga antes de tiempo, en shipping hay que llenar un formulario en una tablet, con todos los datos que pide, el personal es muy amable y está muy amplio para maniobrar.
Would give it 0 if I could. Little short guy in shipping office has a bad attitude and believe he can talk down to people.and other guy who intervened would not give me names but kept apologize for the way he acted
