Joe arrived on time, introduced himself, asked about the issue we had with our electrical, then began diligently working the problem. He was efficient with time management, thorough in his work, and considerate relative to working in someone’s home. After he had addressed the original problem he was scheduled for, he took the extra time to troubleshoot and correct an unrelated problem.
