Carter Electric said they would pay a commission on any job I brought to them. I called them and asked if they could do a job installation. Carter said no problem. After several attempts to get them to show up with a machine builder, I had to find one. Then when they where to have the machine programmed, they had not given their contact a purchase order so again I had to find a programmer.
