This is actually my first Google review. Ricky came out, took measurements, gave us a clear estimate, and explained the installation process. He installed a 240V outlet in our garage for EV charging and made everything simple. The work was professional, done on time, and they even handled the permit and helped us get a state rebate. Great communication, fair pricing, and very knowledgeable about EV setups. We’ll definitely call them again for future projects!
Richard and team is amazing . We did add 20 amp outlets in our house in Quincy and he did an amazing job. I am highly recomend him to anyone who need help.
We had several outlets updated. "Pull-string" lights converted to switches. Faders updated & a new light fixture installed. Mr Carter communicated well. Explained what he was going to do so I could understand. He was timely & very neat! I would highly recommend!(& already have) Thanx, Carter Electric I can't say enough about this young man! He again came to fix a problem & did so expediently & meticulously! Rick is one of the best ever!!
Ricky was the most responsive to multiple requests for quotes and completed the job with great workmanship, quickly and for a great price! He communicated well throughout the entire process. I would definitely recommend and will use Carter Electric's services again.
The Best. We called a couple others during a mid-emergency before Ricky & they were all about the money and not caring about what our situation was. Ricky didn't even speak of money, just wanted to come over & help, and didn't price us an outrageous amount like the others would have. He was very neat and thorough with what he did too, and the job was done before we knew it. We couldn't be happier.
