I CONTACTED THEM TO GET A FREE EVALUATION ON A DAMAGED GARAGE DOOR, TO KNOW IF IT COULD BE REPAIRED OR HAD TO BE REPLACED. THE INSTALLER HAD A BUSY SIGNAL FOR THREE DAYS THEN THE DAY OF APPOINTMENT I HAD TO CONTACT MAIN OFFICE FOR THEM TO HAVE HIM CALL ME. WHEN HE DID HE INFORMED ME THAT HE CAN"T MAKE IT BUT SENT A FAMILY MEMBER WHO WORKS WITH THEM. GUY SHOWS UP WILL I WAS OUT. RESET BOTTOM PANAL AND PUT TWO SCREWS THROUGH LOCKING ROLLER HOLES OF FRAME AND CHARGED MY SISTER $300.00
