Then she asks for insurance and license. I give it to her. Then she says. Do u have your dexa scan and your labs. I started to answer but before i could she was already going off in defense. You can't give someone a 1 star rating just because you can't find the office! Hopefully you have found the office as Dr Carter is phenomenal. Use WAZE or GOOGLE MAPS on your phone to find the office.It is on a side street between Colonial and Old Winter Garden Rd. close to Health Central Hospital.
Impossible to find.
