Excellent care. I trust Dr. Carter and he always is careful. With Dr. Carter, your chiroptractic needs are met and you will have a good friend.
I cannot day enough great things about Dr. Carter. Several years ago my nephew in Owen County severely hurt his ankle. His parents took him to UK sports medicine. He was told on 12/15 that he would not play another basketball game his senior year. We all were devastated to say the least. He was already scheduled to play a Christmas tournament in Orlando. Dr Carter treated him and on 12/27 he scored the first 3 points n Orlando. Dr. Carter was a miracle worker for us!
Best Doctor was a great place . They care about their patients. I would highly recommend DR.CARTER .Very nice office to have outpatient procedures, the staff was very friendly and the facility was clean. . I would give this place a 5 stars .thanks again.
