Do not take your car here. My son has been without his car for 6 weeks. They do not communicate. They have taken his car apart and let it sit out and now saying they can not get parts. They have been paid up front in full by insurance company and his deductible. When he calls to speak with managers they have always conveniently just left! Horrible customer service !!! I have called today and the manager conveniently just left! Katie, that answers the phone is very nice though!
Do not take your vehicle here even if it is for a warranty repair. My grandmother was having issues with her 2014 Chevrolet Impala (bought from Carters new in 2015) and they replaced a rocker arm (and a few other parts) as part of a warranty repair. Just last month, her Impala broke down and would not run. She had it towed to Carters for them to examine it and all they would tell us was that it needed a new engine.
