Who likes going to a dealer for service? Not me but I must say that Carters takes good care of you they get you in and out and our great at calling you with updates. They also will shuttle you to work with a smile. I went the other day and they offered to take me back to work in Wethersfield, the shuttle driver was pleasant and drove me safely to work and after my repair was done he came back to pick me up again very pleasant and personable. BTW they did a good job on the service price also was fair.
