Carter GM Service Department is second to none. My family has been dealing with Carter GM since 1996 and recently, I observed Elton Hui at the Service Department helping my elderly mother with her leased Cadillac, as well as an older Carter vehicle, patiently explaining issues, remedies and reassuring her that Carter has things under control for her to quickly have her vehicle serviced. Given that I live across the country, I felt reassured that she was well serviced and kudos to Mr. Hui for his remarkable efforts.
The experience i had with purchasing my new 2025 Traverse was exceptional. Sep had taken the time to actually treat me like a person and not a sale. The service and commitment to the customer was incredible. Make sure you ask for Sep if you are looking to purchase your next vehicle.
