Any positive reviews on Carter bros in Brooklyn is a lie!!! DO NOT believe it. These people will suck you dry and hold your car for months. They commit insurance fraud to jack up the price. A COMPLETE WASTE OF MONEY AND Time.. they were only supposed to fix my bumper and charged my insurance 15,000. Bad business. Money hungry. Save your money and time and go somewhere else!
These people are complete rip offs. They overcharged my insurance company and wanted more money out of my pocket before they released my car. Charged me close to 20k for a light and bumper. DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE. EVER!!!! THE WORSE PLACE TO TAKE YOUR CAR. I WILL BE TAKING THEM TO COURT. I wish I could of gave them zero stars. And dont get fooled by steve. He acts like he is the boss and then rip you off.
