By far, the best experience I’ve ever had donating blood. Essence and Austin were the two people that assisted me today. Cannot say enough good things about them. They both deserve Raises. I will absolutely be back and requesting both of these people. Very highly recommended !!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Smelled like sewage , they had a bunch of trainee to train on us, one of the donors had blood shooting from his vain due to unskilled trainee and i got tortured as now my arm is bruised and forearm is in total pain .. I really think they should be sued for training on us .. WE DID NOT CONSENT to be treated by unskilled individuals nor we consent to be treated this way . Someone has to be accountable for allowing this
I recently tried to donate blood to reduce my red blood cell count. This facility uses a breakaway cannula that obviously failed. The vials filled perfectly fine but when switching to fill the bag, after breaking the breakaway cannula blood barely came through that section of the tube. They opted to press the needle and extra inch into my vein instead of investigating the cannula as I suggested.
