I have always had good experiences at this location. The technicians know what they're doing and everyone is very professional and caring.
Nice staff
I'm a long time donor and this is the only location I will go to. They greet you upon entering, are friendly and professional. I donated platelets and Mya was the phlebotomist, from the start to end she was fabulous! No hematoma after the donation, she checked on me frequently and kept me updated. There were 2 others who helped and were very kind and helpful (don't remember their names.) Giving a donation takes time for set up, the donation and after care. That's the way it is, and I don't mind as it's lifesaving!!!
Had an 8 am appointment 5/18. Signed in at 7:57AM, waited until 8:33AM. There was no line and one other person who waited the same amount of time. Three employees were present. They never greeted us or told us how long to wait. However, one of them did receive their coffee delivery.
