Have donated here many times. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They make doing your part in giving blood for the community as easy as possible.
Great place to give blood. However, Carter's website is ridiculously awful as far as logging in and accessing your info.
I have been a regular donor at this location for past 3-4 years. They have great staff who are very friendly and remember you by name. Andrew, Donna to name a couple of staff. They are quick to prescreen and get you going with donation and make sure you are comfortable and very detailed in explaining what is next even though they are aware that I am a regular.
Pleasantly surprised that I could at least 2/3 fill a bag before it petered out (my veins are extremely difficult and with that big needle I was skeptical). Fairly painless for me. Gonna mega hydrate a week ahead of time next time and try again
Twice now they have someone mess up my arm this time they said i could not continue that I would have to come back. They need people who know what they are doing.
