I appreciate the friendliness and skill of the phlebotomists here. I am a regular who donates platelets every couple of weeks. They’ve always done a good job for me.
First time donating blood today, and I was absolutely super nervous! But all the staff here helped me feel so relaxed and comfortable. Everyone was knowledgeable, friendly, and incredibly kind. They made my first blood donation experience so much easier than I expected. Excellent experience overall, and I’m very grateful to the whole team.

The staff are consistently friendly, welcoming, and professional, happy to answer any questions asked or to keep the process mysterious for folks who are nervous but give anyway.
