This company is getting worse and worse every day! In the beginning of the year one of their agents gave me the wrong paperwork for my doctor. Causing great headaches and inconvenience! And I then was refused to donate blood! After I was given the proper updated forms for my Doctor and returned them to there office, they lost them!!! They said they would rectify this error! Not Done. I’m filling out this review will on hold for 43+ minutes
I have been donating at the Denton location for several years now, and although I’ve seen plenty of turnover in the years I’ve been coming here, my experiences with the staff have been consistently good. They are always professional and friendly, with good beside manner. They do an excellent job of making sure you are comfortable and properly taken care of before, during, and after the donation process.
