My first impression of Dr. Carter at my first appointment with her was well. She seemed kind and explained everything clearly. It wasn't until I had a follow up appointment with her, where I requested FMLA paperwork be completed, for a diagnosis made by Dr.Carter. Upon receiving the paperwork she had a few questions to which I answered. I received the completed paperwork and turned it in.
