Carter Automotive Repair was hired to replace a neutral-safety switch on a chevy pick up. Rather than consulting arrogant Darrell installed a pos Chinese part. Picked up on a Friday evening. It caused the Trans mission to slam very hard everything it shifted and I live 30 miles away. After calling immediately Darrell refused to look at it until the following Monday.
