This morning I had a appointment with Dr. Carter's office for my dog. I went up to the front desk to let the receptionist know I was here. I gave my name and pet's name and she was checking her computer and her response was, I don't show you here for an appointment. I told her when I was here last week you verbally told me 4/4/23 at 10 am, and even wrote it down on a card.
