This was my first time using Carter and Sons. They were prompt in scheduling and arriving to provide service, they actually arrived early. The technician, Mac, was attentive and explained the work along the way.

Another pleasant and easy experience! My a/c wasn’t working and they sent a tech (Elijah) within 2 hours! He was extremely polite and explained everything he was doing and why. He had things up and running in 25 minutes. Incredible. Very fair pricing too. There is a reason I keep calling when there is an issue. They are dependable and quick!
I switched to Carter & Sons a few years ago. I find their service to be high quality and their technicians highly proficient and thorough. My recent experience with Mac was super. She took the time to check everything carefully to make sure my HVAC system is running perfectly.
