Our technician Elijah really killed it, he was personable, knowledgeable, and quickly fixed the issue we were having. We were able to actually sleep in a cold room thanks to Elijah and Carter & Sons HVAC. If their other techs are as skilled i would highly recommend them to anyone
6/30/26 I had to call C&S for an issue that as it turns out, they diagnosed a while back but I chose not to address at that time. Long story short, my problem WAS due to their earlier diagnosis of a bad capacitor. Darren, a great guy and service tech, checked my system and verified it was the capacitor. He replaced it and I have my A/C back! He was EARLY for our scheduled appointment, respected my flooring by wearing booties and recommended that I have an independent electrical inspection of my system due to the age of my el... read more
