This review is specifically for the service department. I brought my 12 year old Acura in for a diagnosis because it hadn't properly started that day. From the initial call to the very end, they exceeded my expectations on how I was going to be treated. Every one was friendly, professional, and helpful. They were honest in sharing that they weren't able to recreate the issue and didn't try to sell me a major repair bill for something else. It was a pleasure working with Edgar Cortez at Acura of Lynnwood. He was very patient in answering all of my questions. He has a good attitude and is very knowledgeable. He helped me with the purchase of my Acura ADX. He also never pressured me into buying like most car salesmen do which I really appreciated. I would recommend asking for him as he is also bilingual. He also went above and beyond by setting up my Bluetooth. It was a a smooth & stress free process.
