This is a horrible business. Their name is ironic, because they treat people as if they are some sort of thugs. They don’t care about their tenants or the customers of their tenants. Their top management is so inconsiderate they have even hung up on me in the middle of a phone call. Money is their only motivation and would expect bad experiences in any form of business with them. Best to find another property company that empathizes and cares about people.
