History Established in 2008. Originally, the intent was just to roast and sell whole bean coffee. But people began loitering, so we began building tables and educating baristas. We've now grown throughout Arizona.

Cool vibe. I’ve been here a couple of times. The latte was really good but not super hot and the coffee was bitter. I’d go again for a latte but probably not coffee
Updated review: it took me a while to get a copy of the receipt for a company event, but someone at cartel ended up responding and helped me resolve the issue Cartel’s coffee is very good but their food options are limited. Very good environment to meet up with friends or study.
High-quality delicious coffee with syrups made in house that are not full of chemicals like most places. Delicious pastries as well!
