History Established in 2008. Originally, the intent was just to roast and sell whole bean coffee. But people began loitering, so we began building tables and educating baristas. We've now grown throughout Arizona.

No flavored syrups. WTH lol
Huge space to spread out. Looks like an excellent study spot or a chill date. The baristas are friendly and don’t rush you. Lots of options to order, they make their syrups in house. The lattes and mochas were great but the cold brew was very bitter.
I love the coffee and matcha at Cartel Roasters. I love the small coffee house feel and the service is always great.
I had a team meeting for work here and I asked for a receipt to be emailed to my work address for expensing purposes , because they can’t give a physical receipt. Never received an email, so I tried to call in to have it dealt with promptly but there is no phone number. I used the “contact us” on the website twice with no response. After not receiving a response, I found a company email address. Still nothing.
