Cartel Roasting Co. has quickly become one of my favorite spots in town. The coffee is always rich, smooth, and clearly crafted with care — you can tell they really take pride in the roasting process. 2025-08-25 A spot I've been to since 2018, and one of my favorite coffee spots for a doubleshot dirty chai latté. Environment is fairly quiet. Would recommend.
