Fantastic location, looks and feels very nice
We provided the credit card information to the front desk that we wanted our stay charged on. We called back when that was never properly handled. We left messages with the accounting department. Filled out and submitted a credit card authorization form to get the charges for our stay applied. Called a couple times trying to reach a manager with no success. Seems like AI could run this establishment more effectively than the humans are.
Beautiful rooms, Ok in service, bad for parking, and $30 resort fee for nothing. It's basically an additional $30 on top of the rate you pay them no matter how you book the room. This is to cover what? This is one of the Hilton properties. The valet didn't know anything about street parking, of course. The area is terrible for parking, and the entrance is difficult to pull into as there are no real driveway so you just have to block the traffic in the middle of downtown.
