After a 4 night stay at the Carte, my bill was off by about $100 upon checkout. I asked Liz at the front desk to clarify, and she seemed to get annoyed, then stated she needed a manager to explain and said I could take a seat and the front desk manager would be out. No problem. After sitting, I realized I was missing something else on my receipt so I went back up to the front desk to get a full receipt. Liz was helping another person so I went to the next person for help. Best thing about our stay was the location. Staff was rude, room had a smell. Location was close to all the things we wanted to do or see.
Want to give a big shoutout to Rhonda at the front desk! She went above and beyond to make my stay incredible and I experienced the most efficient and pleasant customer service while checking in!
