Hotel is well kept, clean and the beds are very comfortable. The staff is friendly and any issues that came up were resolved quickly! What makes it key is its location, it’s within walking distance to Little Italy, as well as Seaport Village and the USS Midway, if you don’t mind walking. Or a short drive with reasonably priced Ubers!
Picture perfect hotel, but the reality was disappointing. Most of all, the noise isolation here seems to be non-existent. I did not expect to have to listen to the neighboring girls-gone-wild about their visit to Rhode Island, at 1:30am. Clear as a day, word by word. Not only infuriating for me due to missed sleep, but also incredibly privacy intrusive for them. Front desk staff Laila and Selina were very helpful and always had a smile. The redesigned lobby restaurant and bar should re-open soon. At the Above Ash outlet Yodit was very courteous serving our meal and beverages. We look forward to returning.
Very overpriced for what you get and overall, not really a 4 star hotel. The rooms are sparse with no information about the hotel, no writing pad, the pool is sandwiched between this hotel and a higher condominium building next door so the pool only gets a little over an hour of sun in the afternoon. The rooftop dinning was a disaster. My wife got her burger (mediocre at best) and my steak sandwich order was forgotten.
