For $390 a night there should be no issues. But 1 there is no parking so you have to pay valet at least $60 n 2 the Hilton system was down n took over an hour to even get a room. 3 our TV won't work n I let 2 people know n they were suppose to send up engineering n nothing. This is the second Hilton we've had major issues with n will never stay at another Hilton again.
WiFi doesn’t work, pool is not available, lots of LOUD construction next door. Front desk staff unapologetic with no recommendations. WORST HOTEL
I had a terrible experience with the manger on site on the night of 25th May. When I reported to him the shortcomings such as phone headset not working, poor heating in shower water, no quilts, no coffee/cream - he got defensive and told me he would not care even if I gave a negative review and I had lost “leverage”. I paid over a thousand dollars for 2 nights and to be honest, I don’t need any leverage - all I ask is for good service and hospitality.
