Would be 5 but over 2 days the hot tub was 61 degrees and they were unable to repair
Used to be a great hotel but sadly it’s not anymore. Rooms don’t feel especially clean. Found a bug on the floor in the bathroom that I have no idea where it came from. Room temp stay unpleasantly warm during the stay. Heard loud banging twice during my stay that was not promptly looked into and woke up to a trainer at the gym screaming his morning. Exceptional hotel
I am shocked that this is considered a 4 star hotel. The place definitely needs cleaning and revamping. The elevators smelled disgusting. The ice machine on the 6th floor is hanging on my black duct tape. The shower knob was crooked in our room. Crumbs on the floor. Stains on the bed. I was not comfortable at all.
