Not very helpful people they are very rude and not willing to help you when your looking to buy a cart all I can say is stay away from this place goto another dealer instead I will not be doing business with them ever again thank God I decided not to buy from them and took my money and business else where stay away from this buisness
But the office I dealt with the account manager's and associates are too harrassing and aggressive. Even when you do your best.. I don't know that i would recommend them too anyone in this economy. If you are falling short a few days not months they feel like it's life or death. I be glad when these last few months are up.
My experience in dealing with cartmart was very professional. Frank was the parts person who helped me get everything that I needed for my golf cart. He was very professional and helpful as well. I would highly recommend him and cart Mart for all your needs regarding golf carts.
