I inquired about a car last week through the website and the response back was immediate. I was busy so asked if I could call the next day and they said yes. Spoke to a gentleman (forgot to get his name) and he answered my questions and offered to work on getting me a deal for the car I was interested in. My credit is crap, so I wasn't expecting much, but he did respond back with a deal that wasn't that bad considering.
