I never leave reviews (good or bad), but I felt this experience warranted a review. Adam came out to inspect my car and gave me an extremely fair price. Justin Lopez was a fantastic appraiser. He answered all of my questions and was extremely patient with me during the entire process.
Lousy offer at $7100 maximum for my Lincoln SUV. Driveway offered $9350 and even CARMAX offered $8200.
not sure where the good reviews came from. I read all reviews before my inspection and hoped that the 1 star reviews were exaggerating or overly negative. but they were all correct. They quote you high over the phone only to find every space to depreciate the vehicle's value. I was offered $1800 over the phone for my car and ended up having a final offer of $15,400 (somewhere around there to be honest i checked out at 15...)
