I had a really good experience working with Damian. He made everything easy to understand and did not make the process stressful at all. He was patient, answered all my questions, and made sure I knew what I was getting. He helped me find a good car and worked with me to get a solid deal, which I appreciated. I never felt pressured, and he kept things real the whole time. If you are looking for someone who is helpful, honest, and easy to work with, I would recommend Damian for sure!
Customer service was great—until I actually purchased the car. I bought a Jeep Compass from this dealership, and before I even made my first payment, it was already back in the shop for a battery replacement related to the auto start. Before my second payment, the transmission light came on, and I was told to take it to another dealership, where it ended up needing a transmission and several other things.
