very expensive
Difficult to contact and slow to respond to text messages. Took over 1 week to get the new speakers and correct wiring adapters needed. Also two trips to the shop.
Been trying to call and text this place for about a week now with no answer. Left multiple voicemails and still haven't heard anything back. Potentially the worst customer service I've ever experienced.

I called this car stereo shop to have an aftermarket head unit and reverse camera installed, and they quoted me $750 just for the fitting, claiming it would take four hours. That’s an outrageous price for a job they do every day and could easily complete in half the time. It was pretty obvious they were just trying to rip me off.
