I called this car stereo shop to have an aftermarket head unit and reverse camera installed, and they quoted me $750 just for the fitting, claiming it would take four hours. That’s an outrageous price for a job they do every day and could easily complete in half the time. It was pretty obvious they were just trying to rip me off. Top tier service, I had some concerns about the microphone and informed the workers. They drove out to my work immediately to take a look. Really enjoying the new system.
After having a front and rear dashcam installed 11 months ago, I am still waiting for a repair as they broke a clip during the install. Phone always goes to an answering service, texts go un answered. Definitely extremely poor after sales service.
Done an excellent job ironing out a heap of kinks on wifes android system. Super friendly, honest work, fair pricing. Even helped rebook us after i mixed up the dates and got the job done for us. Thanks a lot crew. Reccomend.
