After having a front and rear dashcam installed 11 months ago, I am still waiting for a repair as they broke a clip during the install. Phone always goes to an answering service, texts go un answered. Definitely extremely poor after sales service.
Done an excellent job ironing out a heap of kinks on wifes android system. Super friendly, honest work, fair pricing. Even helped rebook us after i mixed up the dates and got the job done for us. Thanks a lot crew. Reccomend.
Fantastic after sales service. I took my car back due to a fault shown on the amplifier they installed. Turned out I had cranked the equalizer up too high in two of the frequency bands. A one year old amp with 24 year old speakers - not a good match. So it was operator error. They checked everything, and even took the front door cards off. They reset the equalizer. And there was no charge! I highly recommend this business and will definitely go there again if I need any more of their stuff.
After an initial bad start to my buying experience, due to The carstereoshop not sending my purchased item, even after me sending enquiry emails and making several calls, and having their assurance that it would be sent. (for 2 months). I then made another call to them, and this time, even though I still haven't received my item yet, I finally have the item coming in the post. I'm now happy with the end result, and I did get an apology from the person I spoke to, and to my surprise they even refunded me the cost.
Do not buy from this business, they are untrustworthy, and completely unreliable. I ordered a reversing camera for $114.90 from carstereoshop on 26th April 2025. One month later the item had still not been delivered, and no reason given by the carstereoshop. I sent a follow up email enquiry on 20th May 2025 to carstereoshop and received a reply next day, stating they would chase it up and let me know the outcome.
