Booked my car in as my stereo stopped working. They had the car for 4 hours. Diagnosis: the head unit is dead. Solutions: all over $1000 for a new one. They charged me $94, without prior notice of the price. $94 to be told your unit is dead (without a technical report), to keep my car for 4 hours, but working on it less than 30min, and I also got some scuffs on the plastic parts they had to open to check the head unit. So, two things: tell your price before billing it, and $94 for 20min check is waaaay too expensive.
Massive thanks to JD and the team, Upgraded my land cruiser 76 system to the Alpine 70 unit. The install was perfect, Very neat and tidy, JD accommodated every question and offered a few options to improve the cabin. Could not recommend a business more. Well done guys keep up the great work.

Absolutely stoked with the professional install and great customer service showing the ins and outs of the Blackvue system (even after a few self user errors haha).
