I had been diagnosed with hydronephrosis and was seeking a second opinion regarding this condition and possible follow up treatment. Dr Sorenson advised a conservative follow up and explained his reasons given my test results, condition and symptoms. He welcomed me to return should I have additional questions or concerns. I found this visit helpful and it made good sense to me.
Terrible service. Made my medical issues even worse in a single visit I was told to wait and give it time. No contact from anybody so I had to push for further service. Felt ignored and put a bad review on another site and here. Thereafter, I was actually reached out to by a staff leader. She was nice But unable to help me in any way. Dr. Sorensen provided excellent, efficient care that helped me overcome a life-threatening condition. He was easy to communicate with; saw me at the scheduled appointment times without delay; and my surgery produced the desired results.
Sorensen took over my botched case of cancer from Mueller. The first time I saw him he gave me the bum's rush. The next time I saw him I insisted I was having trouble. Not until then did they discover I have terminal prostate cancer. Otherwise, he would have pushed me out the door again. Further contact with him was a waste of time as well. Don't waste your time or your life with this clown or the other incompetents at TUCC.
