Great place and very friendly staff. Would definitely do business here again. If you need glass repair this is the place to go in Springfield.
Friendly and fast service
Be VERY CLEAR with what you want as the employees scheduling are vague. We have a Toyota minivan and when I called I told her make and model, and when I said I didn’t know details she acted very put out to look up the proper part via the license plate and only did so when I asked why she couldn’t look it up by VIN. I believed I was ordering real TOYOTA brand glass as she offered nothing else. They automatically use some aftermarket Chinese brand (XYG) that has lots and lots of negative reviews online for yellowing and warped... read more
