We called at 8 AM for replacement of the front passenger side window after a break-in, and brought our car into your shop at 8:20. A little over an hour later, we got the call that the car was ready for pickup. Pricing was extremely fair and everyone on your team was friendly, empathetic to our situation, courteous, and excellent at their jobs. We couldn’t be more pleased, and are so glad we chose Carsten for the job.
DON'T USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!! My dad had a rock chip fixed. Exactly 5 days later a crack started to form from the chip & traveled several inches. He took his vehicle there to show them and They refuse to fix or replace the windshield! They said HE(a 70 year old man) would have to contact their corporate company to get his money returned that he paid to get the small chip fixed. SPREAD THE WORD!!!
