David Wilson met me and took me to get my rental..they kept me informed of what repairs were being done and dealt with my insurance company.when my car was ready it looked better then before.it was washed and cleaned.I was happy with the results.great customer service and employees.
I recently broughtmy car in to wilsons collision center of gastonia nc and i wws truly amazed with the services i recieved all of the staff were very attentive to the need or concerns i had and were also very thurough in explaing and making sure i understood all the details my repairs were completed in about 5 days and i was kept up to speed on the repair process the even detailed my car and it looked amazing they did everything neccesary and more! I had my Sprinter(work truck) repaired at David"s shop and the work was FANTASTIC!! The staff were all extremely friendly and kept me posted daily on the progress. Their detail to perfection as well as their customer care is truly unheard of these days-I will recommend Wilson Collision Center in Gastonia,NC to all that ask and will bring in my personal vehicles aswell. Awesome experience... I had my car repaired at Wilson collision center and they excel in staff, commitment and performance. I have had my vehicle repair at Wilson Collision Center several times. The repairs were always completed in a timely manner and my vehicle always looked better than before the accident.
