Our experience with Dempsey-Adams was nothing but great! They worked directly with our insurance company through CarStar - they made all the arrangements for our rental car which we picked-up and dropped off at their office; the work was done a day earlier than expected and was perfect! You can not tell our Kia was ever damaged. They not only washed the outside of our car but also cleaned out the interior! The service at Dempsey-Adams was great and I would recommend them to anyone.
They scammed me into using them, by saying my car was leaking oil which it wasn t, then when I was driving home pieces began falling off my car literally after it was suppose to be fixed. I had to take it back to them three times and it still wasn t right. It was like pulling teeth to get them to do it right. The guy up front is a huge #\$%\$ just meeting him won t take you long to figure that out. This place will make a bad experience worse not even joking.

carstars website boasts about customer satisfaction and care. I have had nothing but issues with dempsy adams carstar in granite city il. I backed up with my door open and nearly ripped it off, took it to them and it has never been right since and has been back to them and another carstar over the door. now the door is rusting ONLY where the shop repaired it and and forgot to put the rubber gasket along the bottom of the door where it is now rusting.
