I worked with both Precious the Office Manger and John who looked my van over. They were both pleasant, and fast. My rental car was waiting as soon as they were done. 5 Stars for sure!
UPDATE: THEY STILL CANT FIX IT. THEY RUINED MY CAR. I was in a rear-end accident and only needed my back bumper replaced. After it was 'fixed' I found out once it rained that the bumper was not sealed properly causing water to start pooling under my spare tire in my trunk. It took them THREE separate times to actually fix this leak-if it's even fixed, I'll find out when it rains next. Everything was fixed above and Beyond what I could have ever expected!! While driving a rubber bungee cord with a metal hook was in the road, as I tried to dodge it, it got hooked into my tire and scratched my door, busted my back window and tire!!! Crash Champions work with my insurance company to make it easier for you! My car was towed to the shop which was not far from my home.
