Process was made very easy and was kept updated throughout the process
Great overall! They were backed up due to several snow storms in a row, so the repairs took a little while, but they were very transparent the whole time and did everything in their control to make the process as smooth as possible. Precious is a ray of sunshine. Anyone who’s lucky enough to speak with her would agree!
Very thorough customer service was impeccable. Ing the electric car can drive up to 200 km on a full charge.
The only nice thing I can say about this is place is that my car doors look nice. Now buckle up for the rest… This shop had my car for a month. They took forever to get my estimate that my local adjuster had to send someone out there personally. After about 2 weeks (and mind you, they don’t call you to update you) I finally got my estimate.
