Please do your self a favor and go elsewhere. The black auto service guy literally broke a part and had the audacity to tell me I could buy the part and they “would do the work for free”. And to say “to make you happy we will pay for it”. Horrible customer service. It took 3-4 weeks to get the parts in to fix my window they broke. I had to call for updates and had to get insurance supervisor involved. The manager over the body shop didn’t have the respect or Apparently courage to speak with us about his service guys screw up... read more
