Good service, friendly staff
Brought the car from Schreiber to get some front-end body work done and was told that work would be completed on a Friday afternoon and that the keys would be in the vehicle ready for pickup when we returned from Toronto on the following Sunday. Arrived in Thunder Bay on Sunday to find that the work was not completed and the car was not ready to be picked up which meant that we were stranded in Thunder Bay for the night.
