Absolutely above and beyond service from the folks at carstar Thunder Bay. My car underwent pretty extensive repairs, they updated me every step of the way and when I went to pick it up it looked like new. Very responsive to all my questions or concerns.
I found the staff at CarStar very professional. Holden was very accommodating and Carolina was very friendly. CarStar’s workmanship and warranty for their work is excellent. I highly recommend them for your car needs.
My experience at Carstar was amazing to dropping of the car speaking to Carolina at the front desk .. . getting to enterprise to pick my rental as it got fixed jenessa is amazing set up my rental kept me updated on the progress . Renewed my rental as needed the other staff are awesome too .I was so happy my insurance chose them to take care of me . They also did an amazing job on my repair . Thank you so much for amazing service night recommend them
Willie was awesome to deal with. He was super helpful and genuinely cared about the issue my car was having. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was sorted out before I headed out on a trip, which I really appreciated. Great service and really put me at ease.
Our car required extensive repairs and we were not disappointed! The car is perfect again! We received it cleaner in and out than we left it! The front staff are awesome! Bery friendly and knowledgeable-even returned my rental back to Enterprise for us! Now thats service you don’t see anymore! We will definitely use them again should the need arise!
