Amazing service and quick job, very much worth it!
After my car was rear-ended on a snowy morning, I visited this carstar for an appraisal. Ms. Carolina and another lady with short hair (whose name I’m unsure of, but I believe she was the appraiser cause she later showed me the damage to my vehicle) assisted me. As someone who had recently arrived in Canada and was not yet fluent in English, their patience and kindness eased my anxiety. This was one of the rare moments in Canada when I felt such genuine warmth, and I will always remember their kindness.
The experience was stress free, the staff was polite and helpful, and my vehicle was finished quickly with great results! Thanks!!
