I recently had my work car repaired at Carstar. My collision was at 1-2 km/h, breaking the grill and cracking the bumper. I took it to Carstar and the estimator didn't see the crack. I had to show it to him after he said he got everything. My estimate was $1500. They called to say my parts were in but I was about to head out of town. They said if I didn't bring it in they would send the parts back and I would go to the bottom of the que. I took it in Feb 27. They said there were hidden damages and had to order more parts.
