CarStar on Falconbrige Rd, Sudbury, provided very good service and beautiful work. They responded quickly to phone calls - no long waits on the line. They answered all my questions and got the work done promptly. Even when there was a little glitch when I picked up the car - engine light was on - the mechanic diagnosed and solved the problem and made recommendations to address it if the problem occurred again. They were recommended by my insurance company and I can see why.
The team at CARSTAR Sudbury did an impeccable job with my vehicle. Many other body shops wouldn't even bother with me because of the rust issues my truck had. CARSTAR stepped up to the plate and far exceeded my expectations towards the end result (my truck looks brand new again). Everyone I dealt with were also very courteous towards me and answered any question I had. If you have any work that needs to be done, I highly recommend this shop! They did not disappoint!
I brought my car in for rear bumper and trunk repair. Before bringing it in the rear camera worked when in reverse, but when I picked up the car it didn't work. I reported this to them but so far no one has resolved the issue, they told me to take the car to Volkswagen Sudbury dealership to have it checked myself.
CARSTAR Gets 5 Stars!!! The service I received from them in repairing my car was above and beyond your standard service! Every detail was attended to and the front desk staff are amazing and friendly! The Manager - Mike - listened patiently and provided a prompt and fair quote for the repair needed. They took my car in quickly and I did not have to wait more than a few days from the initial day of contact.
