Great Experience with CarStar! My truck was done earlier then expected, the work looked great and it was cleaned inside and out!
Had a great experience getting my car fixed after a minor accident. Paint matches perfectly and OEM parts were used. Staff was very friendly unlike some other places I went first. Would recommend getting your vehicle repaired at Carstar!
Pretty much every part of the repair process was unpleasant. We gave all the relevant information to the receptionist which was promptly ignored. Very slow work with many delays. If you need repairs I do NOT recommend you go here. They don’t actually know how to do body work here, they can only order new parts which cost a fortune. And they we wonder why insurance rates are so high. In hindsight I should have went to Joes.
Just wanted to share how amazing it was to get my truck fixed as soon as possible. Heard horrible stories about parts delays but Carstar was right on time. Kept me informed and no hassle claim. Spoke to my insurance agent once and all worked out. Special mention the Jessica at the front who is personable and on the ball. Thanks for getting me my truck back!
