Would not recommend. Was told to take my vehicle here following a not-at-fault accident to my vehicle. Had to travel on three separate occasions to Sudbury (from out of town) to pick up my vehicle, only to find each time that damages were either unnoticed, unaddressed or forgotten. By the third time I was instructed by CarStar that they had repaired all damages 'as best as possible' and communicated my dissatisfaction and notified my insurance provider. Gave my car for front bumper damage repair. Everything took care nicely but either they removed block heater from bumper and never installed it back or they placed it somewhere that I can’t see or reach which is really disappointing.
The process of dropping off, answering my questions, and picking up went smoothly. A big thank you to everyone, especially Jessica and Amanda for all their kindness and help. It's so very much appreciated.
