I had my car repaired under an insurance claim. The staff were helpful and informative, offering to call the insurance company, which was taking a while to send information. The work was completed in the estimated timeframe and looks great. I was pleasantly surprised when I picked up my vehicle. It had been cleaned inside and out and had change (I'm assuming from under the seats) in the cupholder. They have gone above and beyond and clearly have staff with integrity. I stopped in with questions about a mis-aligned rear door on my SUV. The woman at reception was very friendly and welcoming. She got her appraiser and she came right out to look at it. She scheduled an appointment for the following week with a tech. They were ready for me when I arrived at the appointment, took the vehicle right in and within an hour, called me and told me that the adjustment was complete, AND that there was no charge. Excellent customer service and repair job from CARSTAR. They kept me up to date with repairs as it was a rather long job and did a great job fixing my roof damage. Huge shoutout to the staff there, from start to finish. Will absolutely recommend them.
I was told to go to carstar through my TD Insurance after getting into a minor accident with a deer. I brought my vehicle into them it took about 2 months to finally get my vehicle back. When I did arrive to get it back it was dead in the parking lot. I got a stranger to boost me. Once I got home I let it run for a while then when I turned it off and tried to restart it it wouldn't start.
