Did a fantastic job of fixing my Honda! Jim and Marissa were absolutely a dream to work with, kept me informed throughout the whole process, did all the negotiating with my insurance and made the process extremely stress-free I didn’t have to lift a finger. Not to mention the work on my car was completed to perfection and looks better than new! Thanks Carstar!!!
They don’t contact you even when they say they will, you always have to contact them for updates or any communication. They said they would get a part for me they missed when fixing my car, my tow cap, I had to call a week later just to find out that no one ordered it and than she said they did order it, called back again a few days later bc they were supposed to update me with when it would come and they didn’t have an answer.
