RecommendedI love these guys! Unfortunately, my Rogue has been there for work numerous times and they always do an amazing job. The one time I had a small issue with a section of paint, they corrected it immediately. They are always SO helpful and kind. I don't think I'll ever go anywhere else.
Fabulous job on two visits!
They did an awesome job repairing my Kia Soul. She is back to being a beauty once again. They stay in touch with you giving updates through the whole process plus you can get your rental car right there so it’s all coordinated for you. Zack was great to work with and the ladies are all very nice. Definitely recommend!
I highly recommend this place if you ever need your car worked on. Took my car in with the rear bumper off,scratches, and dents. When I got it back today my car looked even better than when I bought it at the dealership!
I had an accident the Friday before Labor Day weekend. Brought our car to Carstar Patriot as we have used them before and were well taken care of. They were booked 4 weeks out for repairs, but managed to get my car in a little sooner. They ended up being a direct repair shop for the other driver's insurance company which helps speed up the process. Patriot repaired my Grand Cherokee this past week. Wonderful work and experience. They made the entire process extremely painless and every single person I talked to there was obscenely nice. I will never take my vehicles anywhere else.
I just picked my car up from having warranty work done on a previous paint job. The car looks brand new AND they cleaned the inside of my car which was a wonderful surprise!!

Insurance company and Patriot Collision had their typical back and forth price issues, but Patriot was looking out for my best interest in giving me quality. So I glad that Budd Shaw dud all that he could and my car is back and looks great.

Great job on our car!! We had dual incidents, hail and collision - both were completed and our car looks brand new again! Patriot Collision Center worked with our insurance, GEICO, and they took care of everything!
