Yianni and his Team were very professional and Courteous. I had my Ford 150 and my daughters Honda Civic both repaired there. Yianni personally made our experience at the shop seem effortless. My caravan went in for repairs after an accident. I didn’t deal much with CarStar personally as insurance took care of that. However, when I picked up my vehicle, not only were the repairs done, but my van had been cleaned inside and out. Excellent service.
I contacted CARSTAR about warranty work, figuring I would get the runaround, but instead I was asked me to bring the car in right away so they could determine the best outcome. Each interaction with staff members was pleasant, professional and quick. Yianni is the Body Shop Manager and I think he sets the professional tone. Today I picked up my car and I'm very pleased. I went to this shop years ago and wasn't that impressed, but now it seems bigger, better, and more organized. Thanks.
I had my car fixed by them a couple years ago, and it left my gas tank door unable to pop open with ease. The issue got worse throughout this past winter, to the point where my gas tank wouldn’t open unless I wedged something in it, then popped the tank, then used my key to pry it open. So, I went back to the shop to ask what they could do about it, and Yianni and his team IMMEDIATELY took my car in and fixed the problem free of charge, with smiles, stellar customer service treatment, and fast.
