Was initially happy with the service here, but shortly after leaving i did notice some issues with the body work they did on my F-150. The body filler wasn't sanded down properly and you can clearly see lines from the sandpaper under the paint. And now, about a year out, the paint is blistering and peeling off the hood. According to a local body shop, that happens due to contaminants not being removed before paint is applied. So now i've got to get my hood repainted.
Van looks better than new, great job, and it was done very quickly. Thank you.
First of all I am completely satisfied with the work performed. Vehicle looks like new. There were a few issues however. The work took longer to complete because my GMC Terrain is the special Elevation Edition and they kept receiving incorrect parts. One other problem was an apparent glitch in their system and I was not receiving repair updates. I had to call them to get updates but the end result of the repair was fantastic.
The service provided by the manager Yianni Shiapanis was great and beyond my expectations
