6 weeks ago this shop took 30 days to complete a repair that should have taken less than 2 weeks. Today I took the car back because the antenna and roof rack we're not fastened properly. I was told it would be ready today. I now find out it won't be ready for 2 more days because the tech stripped out the fastener when they first installed it but left it loose anyway. This is absolutely the worst experience I have ever had with a body shop.
Carstar is THE BEST!
The Carstar Midtown crew is does good work but SLOW. The person who knows the schedule doesn’t talk. Ashley, the lobby lady is nice but far from whoever has the plan. They need to implement “Project Management”; it has been around 60 years and works well for many industries. I was told three weeks and got my car back a day short of THREE months.
