We brought our Nissan Altima here for repairs after an accident. My son went to pick the car up after they said it was ready (which already the repairs took alot longer than expected) when we arrived, we realize that we were misinformed about the check issued to us from the insurance and there was no communication between their Estimator Victor and the insurance Adjustor. Though the repairs to my car have been fixed, there are multiple things that I am NOT happy with as a customer. To begin the damage done to my vehicle was minor, CARSTAR had my car for a total of 6 weeks. I was told that I would be contacted 3 days a week however, there were multiple times where I wouldn’t be contacted for days. No calls, texts, email, or even a simple apology for the delay.
