Deceptive and unethical. My neighbor vandalized my car by intentionally and repeatedly slamming their door into my parked car. Under the guise of inspection the estimator removed the distint orange paint transfer as to remove evidence so statefarm can try to deny the claim. They are a contract shop for statefarm and their loyalty is to the insurance company not the car owners. Went to CARSTAR Oxford Ohio because they are a preferred shop for StateFarm and the only option for in person inspection, Kendra at CarStar removed the paint transfer against my wishes so StateFarm can later deny my claim saying there was no paint transfer. Carstar owner Mike had personally inspected the car and recommended repairs but Kenda later denied they ever provided an estimate which I have a copy of.
