Rocky was very professional and friendly throughout the process of repairing my car after I hit a deer. Although it took a couple days longer to complete the repairs than originally anticipated, I was very pleased with how my car looked once the repairs were completed. The level of care and professionalism during my experience with Valley was totally impressive. Their communication, service and work were all absolutely excellent, and I love being able to support a business of this caliber right here in my local community. Rocky & Tim were so great to work with as they repaired my 2014 Mustang last week. My bumper was hit and pretty messed up. The car had to be kept an extra couple of days just to get the right parts from Ford. Rocky continued to assure us that he wanted it perfect and it made us feel good about how much pride he takes in his work. Everyone at the shop is great to work with, very friendly and customer centered. Thank you Valley!!

Everyone at Valley Collision Center has been wonderful. They have done work on several of our vehicles due to various accidents and have always been extremely professional. Their work is beyond compare. We are blessed to have such a wonderful collision center close by - although we hope not to see them for awhile.
