The experience was great except when I went to pick up my car. I had been told on Wednesday (5/3) by someone I think in corporate who was pretty high up (according to her) that I could leave my rental car with them and they'd return it to Enterprise for me. Great. When I did so, the girl at the front desk rudely told me that they never return rentals. When I told her what I was told, she repeated they never return rentals.
