This was the second time I have used CARSTAR Mountain Highway for vehicle repairs, and both times they did amazing work. They also have great customer service and remembered me from the last time I was there. They made me feel welcome and comfortable, made everything as simple as possible, and sent me weekly updates on the process of my vehicle.
The CarStar team and Daniel have been fabulous!! I'm a travel nurse and I got into an accident with my home on wheels on June 16th 😢. A lot of unique issues and obstacles occurred. I had a Promaster camper Van with a cargo carrier hanging from the back . And I was not a resident of Washington and needed insurance to approve everything before they could start the work which took a week. The key was stuck in the ignition, all the transmission oil leaked out preventing the van to change gears, so the guys had to push my 7000lb... read more
