I took my car to Carstar Mountain highway after I was hit from the rear and pushed in to the car ahead of me 2 weeks ago. The day a drop my car off to the body shop I was treated like family, everyone there was in a meeting going over how jobs are coming and what needed to be done and so on. The lady that works the front counter saw me walk in and excited herself from the meeting to help me. Arthur and the team at Carstar were so great to deal with. Helped up get me my truck back so quickly and did such a good job.
Friendly staff and the repairs to my truck were completed within the timeframe promised.
They were great! Prices were better than other estimates. Got my car back in a day like promised! Back bumper was replaced and they also detailed and cleaned the interior of the car, looks really clean- they went above and beyond! Will be there again if needed.
