I’ve dealt with a lot of different body shops in the Johnson county area and I can say Carstar Metcalf is really a standout when it comes to service and quality. Highly recommend.

Along with the most friendly and helpful staff, they came in UNDER the estimate! To top it all off my car was clean, inside and out! I will definitely recommend to friends!
I snagged a plastic protective unit on a parking concrete barrier and drove home with it dragging on the ground. I took it to Carstar and they had me up and running in no time flat. I had my 2001 Jaguar refurbished and repainted there a few years ago and the car still looks like new. They do everything right and go out of their way to make the customer comfortable and relaxed. So lucky to have them a few miles from my house. I'd give TEN STARS if I could!
Customer service, satisfaction and attention to detail is not their strong point. The reason I went with CarStar (could have gone anywhere) is that I was assured by Dustin that they are a full services / one-stop repair shop. I informed Dustin that the seat belt on the passenger side would not latch and that it was fully functional prior to the accident. He assured me they would take care of it. Unfortunately we have been here multiple times(two teenage kids) and I have to say, EVERY-TIME they have exceeded my expectations. If you are considering taking your vehicle there, you will be in great hands!
