read the insurance company paid car Star almost $10,000 to fix my car my car was never fixed had to take the car back five times. today the car would not start I took it back again the manager told me to get the car off the lot into never bring it back there again this manager lost his composure and business characteristics went right out of the window. my car looks brand new and was done sooner than expected
Worse mgmt I have experienced. Brought my truck to have ins work done. Accepted the truck then called few hours later to tell me they didn't want to do the work. Wouldn't talk to me when I arrived back to get truck. Chicken craos acted like they were in meeting or busy on the phone
Just got my 2014 Honda Accord Coupe EX-L back after it was hit on April 8th of this year. CarStar was excellent all around in getting her back to me in fantastic condition as if she was brand new on the passenger side! Highly recommend CarStar for auto body repairs!
