Refused to repair my vehicle because it was deemed a total loss. Then argued with me that I needed to buy a new vehicle even after I said I totally understood and would go somewhere else. Insisted damage was more than cosmetic when it isn't. Told me I could buy the same vehicle same year for 7k that it wasnt worth fixing. My insurance valued the vehicle at almost 12k. Long story short, pretty sure my insurance company will be looking into these guys. SUPER shady!
I took my sons car there and they were very professional and we're able to fix it as good as new. I would definitely recommend these guys!
Very professional service from JK. Worked well with my insurance so there was minimal effort for me. Work was completed quickly and looked as good or better than before.
Please do not trust these scam artists with your car or your safety, they will cut every corner possible ignoring major issues because and this is a quote directly from jk " it was too much of a hassle to wait for you adjustor to come back out" leaving me with no windshield sprayers on the saltiest roads in America, AND NOT TELLING ME, making me drive 9 hours back home with a bent frame that made me veer hard right every time I let go of the wheel. The team at Carstar did an incredible job on my 2015 Challenger! Cam, heads, exhaust, supercharger just to name a few things. Their attention to detail is second to none. They built custom brackets when the kit brackets weren't up to they're standards. Hid wires, hoses etc to make the engine compartment look awesome. I highly recommend them for you cars performance needs. A big shoutout to Keith Hansen , Clay Hansen and Chase for the job they did!
